About Us
Our Focus
Owner and East Bay native, Pat English acquired the long-established Haute Stuff restaurant in 1999. She brings a background in nutrition and culinary training at the California Culinary Academy. "I love caring for my community through my food…. I put my heart into my creations. I am able to touch people and teach about healthy eating, seasonal and local cooking. I get lots of joy turning on our neighborhood to new foods and culinary creations."
Chef Sal Riccobono has a huge grin on his face because he loves what he does! Coming from Brooklyn, Sal received his culinary training through classes and restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. His Sicilian grandfather taught him how to cook, to use fresh ingredients and "deal directly with the fish guy, the produce guy and the bread guy." Sal says "My food says flavor, freshness and simplicity. When I walk in every day, my goal is to make everyone happy with my food. I'm building a relationship with our community and I value what they want. I appreciate the freedom Pat allows me to create the food that I think folks will love."
